The Ticon Industries 3.5" Titanium Pie Cuts are designed to simplify the fabrication of complex bends by eliminating the difficulty and potential material waste associated with cutting your own sections of titanium tube. Each pie section undergoes a commercial-grade deburring process, followed by a rigorous ultrasonic cleaning to ensure a clean, brushed finish ready for welding immediately out of the package. This meticulous process guarantees that no end-user preparation is required. Engineered with 4.5° cuts on each side, every pie section contributes 9° towards a bend, with each pack containing five pieces to achieve a total of 45° of bend. This significantly reduces fabrication time and risk, making them an ideal solution for custom exhaust systems, intercooler piping, or other complex tubing projects.
