The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1580A-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for Chrysler 9.25-inch differentials found in 1990-1993 vans. This assembly boasts a 3.55 gear ratio and a Posi Limited Slip Differential for enhanced traction and performance. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain adheres to stringent quality standards. Each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. To ensure reliability and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set with precise rolling torque measurements, and correct backlash is established for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning process on internal and external parts.
