3.55 Posi Traction 4x4 Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2113A is a remanufactured complete axle assembly built to high standards of precision and reliability. This assembly is designed for Chrysler 9.25" differentials, specifically for 2002-2005 Dodge D1500 4x4 models with a 3.55 gear ratio and Posi Traction limited-slip differential. Each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. To ensure longevity and performance, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements. The axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning process for remanufacturing. This axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
