3.55 Posi Traction Differential Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1542B is a remanufactured axle assembly built for Chrysler 9.25-inch ring gear systems, featuring a 3.55 gear ratio and Posi Traction. This assembly is designed for 1991-1993 Dodge D150, W150, and Ramcharger models. Every remanufactured axle assembly from Zumbrota Drivetrain undergoes a rigorous inspection process. This includes a 100% inspection of all internal components such as ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Additionally, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, ensuring they are returned to their original OEM finish. The final setup establishes the correct rolling torque using precise inch-pound measurements, contributing to both longevity and optimal performance. This assembly includes a 12-bolt hexagon cover and the cover is included. However, it does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
