3.55 Ratio 8.8" Ring Gear Posi Traction Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2164C-P is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for the 2003 and 2004 Ford Marauder models. This unit comes equipped with a 3.55 gear ratio, an 8.8-inch Ford ring gear, and a Posi Traction limited-slip differential, ensuring enhanced traction and performance. This axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. All tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications, while housings are meticulously tested for surface wear and cracks. Internally, every component, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, is subjected to a 100% inspection. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The housings are also hydro-blasted and rinsed to restore them to their original OEM finish.
