The KingTec Racing RJ35 is a high-performance, forged connecting rod set engineered for Honda and Acura vehicles featuring the J35 3.5L V6 engine, including the Pilot and Odyssey models. These rods are crafted from robust 4340 (40CrNiMoA) aircraft-quality steel, providing enhanced strength crucial for racing applications and drift tuning. Each rod in the set of six undergoes rigorous testing, including Magnaflux, X-Ray, and Sonic inspections, to guarantee superior quality and reliability. The H-beam design offers a lighter weight while maintaining exceptional toughness. Surfaces are shot-peened to relieve stress, and the set is meticulously balanced to within +/-1.5g for smooth engine operation.
