3.5L V6 Intake Manifold Plenum

This plenum is designed for 2008-2010 Chrysler 300, 2009-2010 Dodge Challenger, 2008-2010 Dodge Charger, and 2008 Dodge Magnum models equipped with the 3.5L V6 high output engine. Installation requires disconnecting the battery and labeling all vacuum hoses and electrical connectors attached to the upper intake manifold and throttle body. Technicians should remove the EGR pipe bolts and brackets, loosen the manifold bolts, and clean mounting surfaces thoroughly before reinstallation. The O-ring gasket may be reused if inspection shows it remains in good condition. Bolts must be tightened in a circular pattern to factory torque specifications. After installation, the engine should be started and checked for any potential vacuum leaks at the manifold joints. This plenum replaces part number 4591863AL.
