The Hamilton Cams Extreme Duty Pushrods are designed for high-performance 6BT Cummins engines producing over 500 horsepower. These pushrods feature a 10.5mm diameter and a .120" wall thickness, providing a buckling strength of 5,000 lbs, which is significantly greater than the 1,780 lb rating of OEM components. Their robust construction ensures minimal deflection under extreme cylinder pressures, contributing to stable valvetrain geometry for consistent cam timing and improved reliability.
