The Milltek SSXVW675 is a large bore downpipe and hi-flow sports cat system crafted from T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel. This race system features a 200CPSI race cat and a 3.7-inch (94mm) pipe diameter, designed to fit with the original equipment (OE) cat-back system.

This race system features a 200CPSI race catalytic converter and a substantial 3.7-inch (94mm) turbo outlet diameter, stepping down to an 80mm (3.15-inch) downpipe. Milltek Sport emphasizes a comprehensive acoustic development process to achieve a sporty and crisp exhaust tone that avoids unwanted NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness). All Milltek exhausts are designed, developed, and manufactured in-house in the UK. This downpipe is intended for the Volkswagen Golf Mk8 R 2.0 TSI 320PS (Non-GPF / North American Models Only) from 2022-2024, and the Mk8.5 R (333ps Non-GPF / North American Models Only) from 2025-2027. It's important to note that this is a race system and is not EC approved. A Stage 2 ECU remap is required for proper operation.
