The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2331C is a remanufactured rear axle assembly designed for specific Ford F150 models. It is equipped with a 3.73 gear ratio and an electronic locking differential, utilizing a Ford 8.8-inch ring gear for enhanced traction and performance. The remanufacturing process involves comprehensive cleaning of the housings using state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing to achieve an OEM finish. Critical components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced entirely. Furthermore, all internal parts, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo thorough inspection. Housings are also tested for surface wear and cracks, and tubes are straightened to meet OEM specifications.
