Description

Butler Performance uses Total Seal piston rings in most of their engines and assemblies due to their ability to build ring sets using rings from most major manufacturers, offering a huge selection. Total Seal can custom build ring sets for almost any application. They offer several styles, including Classic Race (CR) sets with traditional, non-gapless plasma-moly top rings, Gapless 2nd (T) sets with two-piece gapless second rings for reduced cylinder leakage (especially with alcohol, though less suitable for some street applications), and Gapless Top (M) sets with two-piece gapless top rings to prevent pressure trapping. They also offer TNT, stainless, dykes, and diamond lapped sets. If a specific bore size or ring thickness is not listed, customers are encouraged to contact them.
