Total Seal’s exclusive new diesel ring designs help these engines unleash their full potential by greatly improving efficiency while increasing horsepower and torque. Conventional 2nd Ring configurations are ideal for OE rebuilds, towing and mild performance. Top and 2nd rings are crafted from Martensic Ductile Iron, the highest strength iron available. The rings are additionally heat treated and coated with CrN (Chromium Nitride), resulting in a very hard surface that is extremely resistant to corrosion.
