3.8L V6 Long Tube Exhaust Headers

Swapping out restrictive factory exhaust manifolds for the DNA Motoring HDS-FM94-38L long tube headers is a proven method to enhance power, performance, and exhaust sound on your 1994-2004 Ford Mustang 3.8L V6. Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, these headers utilize computerized mandrel bends for optimal strength and durability, ensuring maximum smooth exhaust airflow. The 3-1 high-performance long tube racing design is engineered to produce the most top-end power and offers superior flow characteristics at high engine speeds, with an advertised gain of 10-15 horsepower and torque. The headers feature 1.625-inch OD inlets and 2.625-inch OD collectors, with a slip-on collector design that requires an aftermarket Y-pipe (not included). Included with the headers are EGR flanges, O2 bungs, metal gaskets, and hardware, ready for installation. They do not fit models with air injection ports at the front of the header.
