The Pacesetter long tube headers are engineered to maximize exhaust scavenging and performance for 2001-2004 Ford Mustang models equipped with the 3.8L V6 engine and EGR systems. These headers feature 16-gauge mild steel tubing that is mandrel-bent for consistent airflow and paired with 3/8-inch thick, CNC-machined head flanges for a secure fit. The exhaust manifold components are finished with Pacesetter's exclusive Armor Coat, a dual-layer metallic-ceramic process cured at 2000°F that provides superior heat management and protects against the dulling or discoloration common with traditional finishes. Each set comes with required hardware, gaskets, and illustrated instructions to aid in the installation process.
