3" Air Intake System

The CTS Turbo 3″ Air Intake System is engineered for the 1.8TSI and 2.0T Gen1 and Gen3 VW/Audi range of vehicles, with parts included for compatibility with both generations. It incorporates an air scoop and a sealed airbox to direct cold air into the 3″ intake system. This setup feeds air through a reusable, high-flow cone air filter with an inverted cone design for optimal engine breathing. The system's 3″ CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe, finished with black powder coating, ensures smooth airflow into the engine, contributing to peak power gains of 9-15 WHP on stock vehicles, with potential for more if tuned. The design maintains perfect fuel trims by utilizing the factory MAF housing where equipped. All parts work together to deliver increased horsepower and torque throughout the power band, complemented by an aggressive, race-inspired sound. The intake pipe includes 2x 1/8NPT bungs for compatibility with CTS BOSS kits.
