The SpeedFactory Racing 3 Bar MAP Sensor utilizes advanced bipolar op amp circuitry and thin film resistor networks for accurate manifold absolute pressure readings. This sensor is designed to compensate for temperature changes, ensuring a minimum of 99% accuracy across its operating range of 40 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. Its true linear pressure versus voltage scale eliminates the need for re-tuning at different altitudes. With a remarkably fast response time of .001 seconds, this MAP sensor can react from 10% to 90% of the pressure scale, making it one of the fastest on the market. It is compatible with all aftermarket engine management systems and offers smoother engine operation, higher boost levels, and improved drivability compared to other turbo MAP sensors. The sensor is dimensionally identical to the stock MAP sensor, allowing for a direct plug-and-play installation and an OEM appearance. Each unit is hand-assembled, pressure, and function checked in the USA. This 3 Bar MAP sensor precisely calculates boost pressure from 1-29+ psi and requires proper sensor calibration with a programmable engine management system. It is specifically designed to fit the 2000-2005 Honda S2000, 1990-2001 Acura Integra, and 1988–1995 Honda Civic Si. Additional applications include various Honda and Acura models such as the Civic (1988-2000), Prelude (1992-2001), Accord (1994-2002, 4-cyl), Del Sol (1993-1997), and CR-V (1997-2001). Note that the 1990-1993 Acura Integra requires a 94-01 Integra Throttle Body.
