3" Cast Stainless Steel Downpipe

The VRSF 3" Cast Stainless Steel Downpipe Upgrade is engineered for the N54 engine found in select BMW 135i, 1M, and 335i/335is models. This upgrade replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converters, significantly reducing back pressure to achieve faster turbo spool, increased horsepower, and a more aggressive exhaust note. The downpipes boast a full 3" diameter design that necks down to a 2.5" flange, optimizing flow compared to competitors' designs that constrict closer to the turbos. Constructed from hand-crafted, mandrel-bent SS304 stainless steel and TIG-welded, these downpipes are built for durability and performance. The CAD/CAM designed cast bell mouth ensures a smooth transition from the turbo flange to the pipe. VRSF provides a lifetime warranty covering defects and fitment. Available options include a Brushed finish or a Cerakote High Temp coating capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1800F (though the ceramic coating itself has a 1-year warranty). Buyers can choose between Track Limited Racing Downpipes (catless) or High Flow Catted Downpipes. Please note that the catted version is limited to LHD (Left-Hand Drive) fitments.
