Overview

The Elevate Volvo S60R Performance Exhaust System is a 3" free flow exhaust system designed to maximize performance and looks. Manufactured from 100% T304 stainless steel with 100% mandrel bent tubing for optimal flow, it features a unique collection chamber in the muffler to maintain exhaust velocity without restriction.

This cat-back system includes all components past the catalytic converter, such as gaskets, hardware, and clamps. It can be easily installed with its clamp-together design or welded, and features slip design fitment compatible with factory and ELEVATE Rear Bumpers.

The Elevate Volvo S60R Performance Exhaust System is engineered as the only true 3" free flow exhaust system for the Volvo S60R, aimed at maximizing both performance and aesthetics. Constructed from 100% T304 stainless steel and featuring 100% mandrel bent tubing throughout, this system ensures optimal exhaust flow. The design incorporates a unique collection chamber within the muffler, which is intended to maintain exhaust velocity without introducing restrictions, resulting in an appropriate sound profile – a noticeable snarl under acceleration, a subtle burble at idle, and minimal increase in volume at cruising speeds. This "cat-back" system is designed to work seamlessly with the S60R's single turbo setup, utilizing a single, large 3" diameter pipe from the flange to the tip to prevent the backpressure and flow limitations associated with "Y" connectors found in some competitor systems. The system is proven through testing to best support the S60R turbo for optimal power and torque gains. It features slip design fitment, making it compatible with both the ELEVATE Rear Bumper and factory bumpers. This system offers a significant weight saving of 19.5 lbs (8.9kg), which is 41% lighter than the factory system, bringing the total weight down to 28.5 lbs (13kg) from the factory's 48 lbs (21.7kg).
