3" Catted Downpipe System

The Integrated Engineering IEEXCG1 catted downpipe is engineered to enhance the performance and sound of your Audi 2.0T B8 A4, A5, or Q5. By allowing the turbocharger to flow more freely through its 3" diameter, high-flow 200-cell catalytic converter, and mid-pipe, this downpipe unlocks significant horsepower and torque gains, particularly when paired with a Stage 2 or K04 turbo ECU tune. Expect an aggressive motorsport exhaust sound and improved responsiveness throughout the entire RPM band. Constructed from 1/16" thick wall 304 stainless steel, the IEEXCG1 is designed for a perfect fit, achieved through in-house digital scanning. It features a machined turbo flange for a leak-free seal and long gasket life. The high-flow race catalytic converter is positioned close to the turbo to maximize flow and performance without excessive emissions or unpleasant smells. For added durability, the flex sections are TIG-welded and liner-reinforced to prevent common failures found in lesser aftermarket systems. Installation is designed to be straightforward, requiring only standard hand tools and typically taking 2-3 hours without the need for permanent vehicle modifications. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, such as nuts, bolts, clamps, and gaskets. This downpipe is compatible with both stock and upgraded K04 turbochargers. It is important to note that this downpipe does not fit the A5 8T due to RHD issues related to the steering knuckle.
