3" Charge Pipe Kit

The VRSF charge pipe is engineered as a direct replacement for the OE plastic charge pipe found in N55 single turbo engines, addressing the common failure point under high boost conditions. Constructed from lightweight, high-grade 6061 aluminum with a 3-inch diameter, it promotes smoother airflow and improves throttle response while reducing turbo lag. The piping features beaded ends and T-bolt clamps to prevent separation under boost. The design meticulously replicates the factory throttle body and MAP sensor flanges using precision CNC machining. This ensures a leak-free connection via an O-ring seal, mirroring the factory setup's reliability and ease of installation, unlike competitors using less secure silicone hose and clamp methods. The charge pipe also includes two 1/8" NPT bungs for optional methanol or nitrous injector installation, or for use as a vacuum/boost source. This product is intended for off-road competition use only and is not legal for sale, installation, or use on pollution-controlled vehicles on public roads or highways in California.
