3" Collector 1 3/4" Primary Long Tube Headers

The Speed Engineering longtube headers are crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. They feature a mandrel-bent tubing construction for optimal exhaust flow, merge spikes for enhanced performance, and a 3-inch collector paired with 1.75-inch primaries. The CNC-machined flanges provide a precise fit and reliable seal. These headers are specifically designed for V8 engines, including 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, and 6.2L displacements. They are engineered to be a direct fit for 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks, as well as 2007-2014 Tahoe, Yukon, and Cadillac Escalade models, compatible with both 2WD and 4WD drivetrains. The package includes standard graphite manifold gaskets. Installation of these longtube headers may require fabrication, and a disclaimer states they are a RACE ONLY product intended solely for competition purposes. Use on public roads or highways violates the Clean Air Act. Note that the "Classic" body style 2007 models will not work and require 1999-2006 exhaust products. Depending on the factory exhaust type, some cutting and welding may be required for the Y-pipe installation, and the transmission cross member may need to be removed for optimal fitment. For single exhaust configurations, these headers are compatible with 2007-2019 Chevrolet and GMC 1/2-ton trucks (Crew and Extra Cabs, Short Bed Only) with V8 engines. Longer bed options can be fitted by extending connection pipes. It is recommended to service motor mounts and the transmission while the exhaust is removed.
