3" Commuter 2.0 System w/ Fox 2.0 Shocks

The Carli 3" Commuter 2.0 System is engineered to deliver superior on-road ride quality for 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 diesel trucks, prioritizing comfort for daily driving, highway travel, and towing. This system provides a 2.5" to 3" front lift and a 1" rear lift, increasing suspension travel by 50% over the factory setup. At its core are Fox 2.0" internal reservoir shocks, featuring a custom Carli Signature tune designed for all-around comfort. These shocks are fully rebuildable and constructed from extruded aluminum with clear anodizing for corrosion resistance, utilizing Fox's red shock oil rated for temperatures down to -55°F. The front utilizes taller, lighter rate coil springs, while the rear receives a 1" lift from Carli’s progressive add-a-pack, a 5-leaf pack that replaces the factory overload for improved traction and predictability. To address axle shifting caused by the front lift, the system includes an Adjustable Track Bar to recenter the front axle. For optimal performance and alignment, Carli recommends the purchase of extended control arms to shift the axle forward to its new center of travel. The system is designed to fit up to a 35" tire with stock control arms, though extended control arms are recommended for this setup. For 37" tire fitment, High-Clearance Control Arms and the Adjustable Track Bar are necessary. Users should note that the Power Wagon model is not compatible with the extended sway bar end links; a torsion sway bar option is available. Optional components available for this system include a Torsion Sway Bar or Extended Sway Bar End Links, various rear leaf spring options, and steering stabilizers, allowing for further customization to meet specific performance and aesthetic preferences.
