Overview

The IPD High Flow Exhaust Header Downpipe is a performance exhaust component designed for T6 models of the 2011 Volvo XC60 R-DESIGN. It is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features mandrel-bent tubing with hand-welding for a precise fit.

The downpipe is designed to mount in the stock locations and includes a 150-cell metal catalyst, intended to prevent errors or malfunctions.

The IPD 3" Downpipe is a premium exhaust upgrade engineered for enhanced performance and sound in select Volvo T6 models. This downpipe integrates a 150-cell catalytic converter, designed to meet emissions standards and avoid triggering a Check Engine Light (CEL). Its design improves airflow, which translates to an immediate increase in torque and a more responsive throttle. The diameter measures 3.5 inches at the turbocharger connection and reduces to 3 inches at the flex pipe. This exhaust component is specifically designed for the Volvo S60 II, V60, and V70 III T6 models equipped with AWD.
