The Unitronic 3" Downpipe for 1.4TSI EA211 Gen2 is constructed from 3" T304 stainless steel mandrel bent tubing and T316 stainless steel flanges. It features a corrugated stainless steel flex section and TIG welded fabrication for durability and performance. This downpipe includes a 200-cell high flow metallic catalytic converter, with all transitions flow-matched for optimal airflow.

The Unitronic 3" Downpipe is engineered for the 1.4TSI EA211 Gen2 engine, offering a significant upgrade in exhaust flow and performance. Constructed from durable 3" T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing and T316 stainless steel flanges, it incorporates a corrugated stainless steel flex section for longevity and TIG welded fabrication for precision. This downpipe is equipped with a 200-cell high-flow metallic catalytic converter, with all transitions flow-matched to maximize airflow and performance. When paired with Unitronic Stage 2 Performance Software, this downpipe is capable of producing up to +42HP and +90LB-FT of torque over stock specifications. The design prioritizes factory catalyst position for efficiency and ensures proper oxygen sensor placement. Installation of this Unitronic downpipe requires Unitronic Stage 2 ECU Tune software. Hardware included consists of the 3" Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter Section, a 3" Stainless Steel Mid pipe, an integrated 3” to 55mm Reducer, one 3” V-Band Sealing Ring, and one Unitronic 3” V-Band Exhaust Clamp (Clamco). This downpipe fits the following Volkswagen models: VW Golf/GTI Mk7.5 (2018-2021) Golf 1.4T, VW Golf/GTI Mk7.5 (2018-2021) Sportwagen 1.4T FWD, VW Golf/GTI Mk7.5 (2018-2021) Sportwagen 1.4T 4Motion, and VW Mk7 (2019-2021) 1.4T.
