The Buzzken 3" DPF and SCR Downpipe is designed for the BMW 535D. It replaces the restrictive factory DPF filter and exhaust with a mandrel-bent downpipe for improved exhaust flow. It retains the necessary bungs for 02 and EGT sensors.

The Buzzken 3" DPF and SCR Downpipe is engineered for the BMW 535D, serving as a key component for race cars or off-road conversions. This downpipe replaces the restrictive factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, allowing exhaust gases to flow more freely. The construction utilizes 409-grade stainless steel sourced from North American mills, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Designed for a 100% bolt-on installation, this downpipe requires only one simple cut before the muffler. All necessary hardware, including clamps and stainless steel installation components, is included. The design retains proper bungs for 02 sensors and Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensors, ensuring critical monitoring capabilities are maintained. An optional Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is available to significantly reduce pungent exhaust smells, which is highly recommended for off-road use. This product requires ECU tuning to function correctly with the vehicle. Compatibility is specifically for the 2014+ BMW 535D models. Please note that products modifying emissions systems are intended for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY and are not street legal.
