Overview

The Honda exhaust gasket is a replacement part for universal 3" Honda exhausts. It is located between the downpipe and catback exhaust on 2006-2015 Honda Civic Si models with 3" downpipes. It is also found between the front pipe and catback exhaust on 2016-2021 Civic applications, including the 2017-2021 FK8 Type-R. The gasket features a 3" ID bore.

The Honda exhaust gasket by PRL Motorsports is a direct replacement for various Honda exhaust configurations. This gasket is specifically designed to fit between the downpipe and catback exhaust on 2006-2015 Honda Civic Si models featuring 3" downpipes. For 2016-2021 Civic applications, including the 2017-2021 FK8 Type-R, it serves as the connection between the front pipe and the catback exhaust. The gasket has a 3" inner diameter bore. Constructed from KLINGER® Graphite Laminate SLS, this gasket utilizes expanded layers of graphite bonded to a thin, 0.05mm sheet metal foil made of 1.4401 stainless steel. This advanced material composition ensures excellent sealing properties, particularly at high temperatures up to 450°C, making it suitable for applications with potentially weak flanges. It offers excellent chemical and high-temperature resistance, conforming easily to irregular sealing surfaces while maintaining stable physical properties across its operational temperature range.
