The Apex Chassis PA109 Pitman Arm is a high-performance steering component engineered to provide precise control and responsiveness for 2001-2010 Sierra 2500 HD models. Constructed from robust SAE 1045 solid steel with a forged housing, this Pitman arm boasts exceptional durability. It features SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs that have undergone induction heat treatment for maximum strength. The design incorporates rolled threads for strengthened hardware engagement and step threads for easy installation and superior holding power. A rugged metal-to-metal bearing design ensures reliable operation under demanding conditions, complemented by Grade 8 - Class 10.9 hardware and a castle nut designed for high vibration loads. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling and offering a direct fit for compatible vehicles. It comes pre-greased for convenience, and Zerk fittings are included.
