3" High Flow Cat

The CTS Turbo 3" High Flow Cat is engineered as a direct replacement for the restrictive factory catalytic converter on Audi B8/B8.5 1.8T and 2.0T engines. Crafted from premium T304 stainless steel, the cat pipe features smooth, mandrel-bent tubing and is fully TIG-welded for maximum durability and a clean aesthetic. It houses a 200-cell stainless steel high-flow catalytic converter, designed to significantly improve exhaust gas flow. The inlet features a nearly 4" flare that tapers to 3" piping, optimizing the transition of exhaust gases from the turbocharger to the catalytic converter. Installation hardware is included for convenience. Please note that proper tuning software is required to prevent a Check Engine Light (CEL) once this high-flow cat is installed; a stage 2 software upgrade is strongly recommended. This part is designed to work with the factory turbo, as well as CTS-TR-1070, CTS-TR-1070X, and CTS B8 BOSS kits. This high-flow cat is specifically designed for the following vehicles: 2009-2016 Audi A4 2.0T, 2009-2016 Audi A5 2.0T, 2009-2016 Audi AllRoad 2.0T, and 2009-2017 Audi Q5 2.0T. It is exclusively for EA888 Gen 1 (1.8TFSI) and Gen 2 (2.0TFSI) engines; it does not fit late ROW vehicles with the EA888 Gen 3 engine. This part is only compatible with Left-Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles and fits manual and automatic transmissions, but not CVT transmissions.
