3-Inch Aluminized Cat-Back Exhaust System

The Techtonics Tuning 253-461AH is a 3-inch aluminized cat-back exhaust system engineered for the VW Mk4 Golf, GTI, and New Beetle models equipped with 1.8T, TDI, and VR6 engines. This cat-back exhaust is designed to fit all Mk4 1.8T, TDI, and VR6 engines. However, it is not recommended for the N/A 2.0L 8v engine. Buyers have options for the connection to the catalytic converter/downpipe, with choices of a 3-inch, 2.5-inch, or the standard 55mm size available. Additionally, tailpipe configurations can be selected, including hidden, visible without a cutout, or visible with a cutout. Note that the visible tailpipe with a cutout may not fit all rear valances, and custom fitment may be required in some cases. This system is specifically designed for the following VW Mk4 vehicles: Golf/GTI (1999.5-2005) with the 1.8T engine, Golf/GTI Mk4 (1999.5-2005) with the TDI engine, Golf/GTI Mk4 (1999.5-2005) with the 12v VR6 engine, and Golf/GTI Mk4 (2002+) with the 24v VR6 engine.
