3-Inch Aluminum Charge Pipe

The Evolution Racewerks charge pipe is engineered to optimize airflow for N54-powered BMW 135i (E82) and 335i/is (E90/E92) models produced from 2009 to 2013. Constructed from high-grade 6061 aluminum, this charge pipe features 3-inch piping precisely matched to the throttle body diameter. It utilizes a CNC-machined throttle body flange that retains the factory style o-ring and c-clip connection, ensuring a secure, leak-free seal superior to silicone hose and clamp setups. A similarly precision-machined MAP sensor flange is also incorporated for a leak-free connection. The design eliminates the factory sound baffle, which otherwise splits airflow and causes turbulence, thereby maintaining maximum charge intake air velocity. This charge pipe is compatible with both factory diverter valves and aftermarket factory-style diverter valves. Optional additions include flanges for Tial Q or HKS Blow Off Valves (BOV), as well as meth bungs for water-methanol injection systems. The piping is available in a brushed aluminum finish, as specified by the BM-ICP002S part number, with other finishes like Mirror Finished Polished and Hard Black Anodized also offered. All necessary hardware for installation is included, and the product comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
