Overview

The VRSF 3-inch downpipes are a performance upgrade designed for the BMW M5 and M6 with the S63 engine. These downpipes eliminate restrictive catalytic converters to reduce backpressure, resulting in faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note. Crafted from SS304 stainless steel, they feature a full 3-inch design for maximum flow and smooth radius bends to minimize turbulence.

The VRSF 3-inch Race Downpipes are engineered to enhance the performance of your 2011+ BMW M5 & M6 equipped with the S63 engine. By removing the restrictive factory catalytic converters, these downpipes significantly reduce exhaust backpressure, leading to quicker turbo spool, a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust tone. The design maintains a full 3-inch diameter for a greater flow capacity compared to competitors' designs that neck down closer to the turbos. Constructed from hand-crafted, mandrel-bent SS304 stainless steel, these downpipes feature tig-welded construction and a CNC-machined stainless steel v-band to pipe transition for a precise fit. They are designed with smooth radius bends to minimize turbulence and maximize flow. VRSF offers an optional Cerakote High Temperature Ceramic coating, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1800F. The product comes with VRSF's Lifetime Warranty against defects and fitment issues, although the optional ceramic coating has a 1-year warranty. The downpipes are compatible with the F10 BMW M5 (2011+), F12 BMW M6 (2011+), and F06 BMW M6 Gran Coupe (2011+).
