3-Inch Catless Downpipes

The VRSF 3-inch catless downpipes are high-performance exhaust components engineered to optimize the N54 engine's output by removing the factory catalytic converters. By significantly reducing back pressure, these downpipes facilitate faster turbo spool and provide a more aggressive exhaust note. This V2 version features a CAD/CAM designed cast bell mouth to ensure a smooth, seamless transition from the flange to the pipe, reducing turbulence. These downpipes are hand-crafted using mandrel-bent, TIG-welded 304-grade stainless steel. This specific variant includes a Cerakote high-temp coating designed to withstand temperatures up to 1800°F. The kit includes heavy-duty grade 12 bolts, nuts, and washers, along with two mid-pipe gaskets. While not required for installation, replacing the turbo-to-downpipe clamps and gaskets is recommended if your current hardware has over 50,000 to 60,000 miles of service. Compatibility is verified for the following N54-equipped vehicles: 2007–2010 BMW 335i (E90/E91/E92/E93), 2011–2013 BMW 335is (E92), 2008–2010 BMW 135i (E82/E88), and 2011–2012 BMW 1M (E82/E88). These units fit both left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) models without modification. A lifetime warranty is included against defects and fitment issues, though the ceramic coating carries a separate 1-year warranty.
