The CV Fabrication FEST2022CDP-1 is a catted downpipe designed for the 2020-2024 Ford Explorer ST with a 3.0L EcoBoost engine. It is constructed from T304 stainless steel with a 3-inch diameter and features a 400-cell catalytic converter.

This downpipe aims to improve fuel mileage and increase horsepower and torque by facilitating more efficient airflow from the turbo. It is fully TIG welded and comes with a CVF Lifetime Warranty.

The CV Fabrication Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes are engineered to enhance the performance of your 2020-2024 Ford Explorer ST equipped with the 3.0L EcoBoost engine. Featuring a 400-cell catalytic converter, these downpipes are designed to release hidden horsepower and torque by improving airflow directly from the turbo without eliminating the catalytic converters. This leads to not only increased power and performance but also a more aggressive exhaust note compared to the stock downpipes. The smooth, 100% mandrel bends throughout the piping further optimize exhaust flow for maximum gains. Optional 3" stainless steel exhaust gaskets are available to ensure a tight, leak-free seal at the turbos. The product is backed by a CVF Lifetime Warranty.
