3-Inch Catted Downpipe w/ 200-Cell Cat

The Integrated Engineering IEEXCG1 is a 3-inch catted downpipe engineered to enhance performance for B8/B8.5 Audi A4, A5, and Q5 models equipped with the 2.0T engine. This downpipe replaces a significant portion of the factory exhaust system, extending from the turbocharger back towards the rear axles. Constructed from durable 1/16" thick 304 stainless steel, the IEEXCG1 is built for longevity and resistance to corrosion. It features a high-flow 200-cell per inch metal matrix catalytic converter, strategically placed close to the turbocharger to effectively reduce emissions and minimize unpleasant exhaust smells and cabin drone. The interlock core flex section is integrated to allow for natural engine and chassis movement, preventing stress and potential cracking of the downpipe. A robust 16mm thick turbo flange is used to prevent warping and leaks, ensuring a secure connection. Designed as a direct bolt-on system, the IEEXCG1 mates to your stock turbo flange and utilizes factory mounting points. It includes a 3" to 60mm adapter for seamless adaptation to your stock exhaust system or custom cat-back configurations. All required installation hardware is provided, simplifying the installation process. This downpipe is intended to be used with a matching IE ECU tune for optimal performance gains. This downpipe is compatible with the Audi A4 (2009-2015, B8/B8.5, 2.0T), Audi A4 Allroad (2009-2015, B8/B8.5, 2.0T), Audi A5 (2008-2015, B8/B8.5, 2.0T), and Audi Q5 (2009-2017, 8R, 2.0T).
