The PPE 117000424 is a 3-inch high-flow downpipe engineered to replace the restrictive, oval-shaped stock downpipe on 2002-2004 GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models equipped with the 6.6L Duramax engine. Constructed from robust 304 stainless steel, this downpipe features mandrel-bent tubing to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted path for exhaust gases, thereby increasing flow and potentially enhancing performance. Key features include a durable 304 stainless steel build for longevity and resistance to corrosion. The included titanium woven heat-wrap provides extreme heat resistance, helping to manage under-hood temperatures and protect surrounding components. This downpipe is specifically designed for the 2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax trucks, including California Emission models. It is compatible with both LB7 and LLY engine variants within this year range.
