The Cobra Sport FD133 is a performance-oriented downpipe featuring a hi-flow sports catalytic converter, engineered to replace your vehicle's restrictive stock unit. It directly connects to the turbocharger, significantly enhancing exhaust gas flow for improved engine performance and a sportier exhaust tone. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel and TIG welded for durability, this downpipe is backed by Cobra Sport's quality assurance. It comes with a lifetime anti-corrosion warranty on defects, though high-flow sports catalysts, flexes, and downpipes are covered by a 2-year / 80,000Km warranty for the original purchaser upon registration. All necessary fittings and gaskets are included for a straightforward installation, excluding the turbo gasket. It is important to note that this sports cat version is not EC homologated and may not meet current emission laws for road use in all territories. The de-cat version is sold for motorsport and off-road use only. Furthermore, replacing the stock catalytic converter, especially the PPF (Petrol Particulate Filter) on certain vehicles, will necessitate engine tuning (ECU re-map) to prevent EML lights and ensure optimal performance. Cobra Sport accepts no responsibility for the use of parts that remove emissions devices on public highways.
