Description

Designed for 1967-1969 Chevrolet Camaros and Pontiac Firebirds, this kit works seamlessly with Detroit Speed's front suspension components. This Speed Kit 1 includes DSE 3-inch drop mono rear leaf springs with a spring rate of 175 lbs/in, a heavy-duty shackle kit, and Koni Classic rear shocks. The mono leaf springs contribute to improved handling due to their increased spring rate and provide a 3-inch drop to lower the vehicle's ride height. The kit also includes a required Detroit Speed Mono-to-Multi-Leaf Conversion Kit (041101DS). The specifications for the springs are a free length of 5" arc height and a total spring height of 6-1/4". It is legal for sale or use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, Uncontrolled Vehicles, and Racing Use Only Vehicles, as it does not affect vehicle emissions.
