The Unitronic 3 inch Carbon Fiber Intake System is meticulously engineered for the 2.5TFSI EA855 EVO (DAZA) engines found in the 8V.2 Audi RS 3 and 8S Audi TT RS. It is specifically designed for seamless integration with Unitronic's high-flowing 3 Inch Turbo Inlet Elbow to maximize performance gains. Constructed from 2/2 Twill prepreg carbon fiber using an autoclave method, this intake system is built to withstand the demands of both track use and daily driving. The design emphasizes smooth airflow transitions and proven power, torque, and airflow improvements, validated by in-house Superflow SF-1020 Flow Bench testing which showed a 41% gain over OEM with the Race Filter and 39% with the Sport Filter. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with a difficulty level rated at 2 out of 5 and all necessary hardware included, typically taking about one hour. For 2019+ DAZA and DNWA models, Unitronic's Intake Adapter is required for a smooth and seamless installation experience. This adapter ensures compatibility with these specific model years, facilitating a direct bolt-on fitment with OEM mounting locations and EPDM mounting grommets.
