3-Inch Lift Kit

The Rough Country 54550 Vertex 3-inch Lift Kit is engineered to provide an aggressive stance, increased ground clearance, and enhanced performance for 2014-2020 4WD Ford F-150 trucks. The lift kit levels the front and rear of the truck, offering a clean, aggressive look and providing ample clearance for up to 34-inch tires without compromising drivability. Installation is straightforward with a 100% bolt-on process that requires no cutting or drilling and can be completed with common tools. The kit is fully configurable with various shock and strut options, including Rough Country's N3 shocks or the premium Vertex reservoir shocks, allowing for personalized ride quality and damping control. The design is also reversible for easy return to stock. Important fitment notes: This kit does not fit regular or standard cab models due to potential drivetrain vibrations caused by pinion angle issues. It is also incompatible with models equipped with the heavy-duty payload package (seven-lug models). Additionally, spacer kit sku: 51014, which may be related to certain configurations or stock ride heights exceeding 22 inches (measured from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender), does not fit trucks with FX4, snow prep, or other off-road packages that modify front strut assemblies, as these often exceed the 22-inch measurement. Models retaining factory wheels are advised to use tires no wider than 11.5 inches; a 0.25-inch wheel spacer (sku: 1065) is recommended for models with aggressive sidewall tires.
