3-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS419FS is a 3-inch lift kit engineered to enhance the style, handling, and capability of your 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ, including Unlimited and Rubicon models. This comprehensive kit allows for the fitment of up to 33-inch tires, significantly improving its off-road potential. At the front, the kit includes Glide-Ride coil springs, JKS sway bar link disconnects to boost off-road articulation, bump stop extensions, and a transfer case drop to maintain correct driveline angles. The rear also features matching Glide-Ride coil springs for a balanced lift and smooth ride, along with a rear track bar bracket to recenter the axle. This kit offers a choice between specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks for superior damping performance. The Pro-Ride coil springs are manufactured from high tensile steel, designed as direct OE replacements to ensure reliability and a smooth, predictable ride without premature coil bind. Installation is rated as moderate and is estimated to take 6 hours. Important notes for installation include that models with manual transmissions may require the shifter opening in the floorboard to be enlarged. Additionally, a stabilizer and front lower control arms are highly recommended for optimal performance. Crucially, this kit will NOT work with Rubicon Models.
