3-Inch Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Coilovers

The BDS Suspension 3-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD Diesel 4WD trucks, providing clearance for up to 35" tires. This comprehensive system converts the front suspension from torsion bars to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks, offering improved ride comfort, increased travel, and the ability to handle rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road manners. Key components include upgraded upper and lower control arms for enhanced strength and travel. The upper control arms are constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for durability, and feature an indexed ball joint cup for improved down travel and camber adjustment. The lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed and internally gusseted. Durometer-specific rubber bushings and quality greaseable ball joints ensure smooth, quiet operation and long-lasting durability. The front also includes multipiece differential relocation brackets for correct CV angles and sway bar links. The rear of the suspension is addressed with BDS replacement lift blocks and a U-bolt flip kit to level the stance and maximize clearance. Precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series or Performance Elite Series 2.5” shocks are available as an option for ultimate off-road performance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers feature a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and DSC (dual-speed compression) adjustment, allowing for easy tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression damping for various terrains and driving conditions. This kit comes with the Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty. Recommended tire and wheel fitment includes 35 x 12.5 tires with 17x9 or 20x9 wheels with 5-inch backspace, or 33 x 12.5 tires with 17x9 wheels with 4.5-inch backspace. Trimming may be required.
