The VRSF 3" Cast Stainless Steel Downpipe is an exhaust component designed to replace the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory N54 downpipes. This replacement significantly reduces back pressure, leading to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note. The downpipes are hand-crafted from SS304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent, tig-welded construction.

The VRSF N54 3" Cast Stainless Steel Downpipe Upgrade is engineered to be the "best bang for the buck" modification for your BMW. By removing the restrictive factory catalytic converters, these downpipes significantly reduce exhaust back pressure. This leads to faster turbo spool, a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque (adding 20-25 HP and 25-30 TQ to the wheels when paired with a DME remap), and a more aggressive exhaust sound. The full 3-inch design extends to the 2.5-inch flange, optimizing flow. Constructed from hand-crafted, mandrel-bent, tig-welded SS304 stainless steel, these downpipes feature a CAD/CAM designed cast bell mouth for a seamless transition. VRSF includes a lifetime warranty against defects and fitment, along with grade 12 mounting hardware and mid-pipe gaskets. This downpipe upgrade is specifically designed for the 2007-2010 BMW 335i (E90/E91/E92/E93), 2011-2013 BMW 335is (E92), 2008-2010 BMW 135i (E82/E88), and 2011-2012 BMW 1M (E82/E88), all equipped with the N54 engine. A note for buyers: the catted version is limited to LHD fitments only.
