3-Inch Stainless Steel Mandrel-Bent Downpipe

This component is crucial for improving exhaust gas flow, which can adversely affect horsepower, particularly after ECU tuning. By allowing gases to flow more smoothly, this downpipe helps unlock additional power. Constructed from durable T304 seamless stainless steel tubing with a 3-inch diameter, this downpipe features a CNC-machined turbine discharge flange for a precise fit and optimal flow. It is 100% TIG welded and includes a T304 stainless steel O2 bung and Torca Accuseal clamps. The modular design ensures straightforward installation of the catalytic converter. However, to prevent a Check Engine Light (CEL) due to catalytic converter efficiency, Stage 2 software is required. A CEL eliminator is available as an option, but its effectiveness is not guaranteed. For an optimal driving experience, disabling the Soundaktor (noise amplifier) is also recommended to fully appreciate the true exhaust note and avoid potential drone.
