The Unitronic UH046-EXA cat-back exhaust system is engineered for the MK7.5 GTI, specifically for models equipped with the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 3 MQB engine. Constructed from 3-inch T304 stainless steel, the mandrel-bent tubing is designed for durability and resistance to rust, aiming to outlast the vehicle. This exhaust system features a direct bolt-on fitment, utilizing factory exhaust hangers without requiring modifications. The construction is TIG welded for longevity and leak-proof connections. The package includes the axle section, mid-pipe with resonator, rear section with muffler, and black 4-inch slash-cut exhaust tips engraved with the Unitronic logo. Hardware, including V-band clamps and adapters, is provided for a complete installation. The "black tips" configuration is specifically included with this assembly. While described as "Universal Fitment" with an OEM size reducer for direct bolt-on, it's important to note that optional 3” adapters are available for aftermarket systems or custom setups.
