Description

The Novak Conversions 4L61-23 is a 3-inch transfer case adapter kit designed to mate GM 4L60E, 4L65E, and 4L70E transmissions to various Jeep New Process transfer cases. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the adapter includes a heavy-duty E4340 alloy steel 23-spline output shaft to ensure robust power transfer.

This kit is intended for use with 23-spline NP207, NP231, NP242, NP249, and NP241OR transfer cases. It is compatible with longer wheelbase Jeep models and requires a transmission-side 23-spline input gear if a 21-spline unit is currently present.
