+3" Long Travel Front Kit

The Dirt King +3" Long Travel Kit with Bushing Upper Arms is engineered to significantly enhance the off-road capabilities of your 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra. This kit provides an impressive 14.5 inches of front wheel travel and adds 3 inches to the track width on each side, transforming your truck into a capable off-road machine. The system features robust construction with 3/16" and 1/8" boxed plate components, 4130 chromoly uniball cups, and a combination of Polyurethane (UCA) and Delrin (LCA) bushings for durability and performance. It accommodates up to a 37-inch tire with a maximum backspacing of 4.75 inches and requires a minimum 17-inch wheel diameter. The kit includes boxed plate upper and lower control arms, limit straps, tie rod extensions, and DOT approved extended brake lines. Installation is designed as a bolt-on application with minimal modifications required. However, specific requirements apply to 4WD models, which necessitate the purchase of extended axle shafts or complete axle assemblies. To achieve the full travel on 4WD models, a 1-inch differential drop kit is also required. For optimal performance and travel, specific 2.5" x 8" coilover and bypass shocks are recommended, and iShock can assist in selecting the correct configuration. Modifications to the wheel well, including folding over the firewall pinch weld and shaving the front cab mount, may be necessary when using 37-inch tires. Note that front fiberglass fenders are required for proper fitment. This product is intended for off-road use only. Welding for certain components, like bypass shock hoops or bump stops, will require professional installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring prompt wheel alignment and ADAS recalibration after installation.
