Overview

The JHM 3" Downpipe is a performance exhaust component designed for the Audi C7.5 A6-A7 with the 2.0T engine. It features a larger 3-inch mandrel-bent system constructed from American T304 stainless steel with CNC laser-cut flanges. This downpipe removes the factory resonator and pinched sections of pipe to optimize exhaust flow and enhance performance.

The JHM 3" Downpipe is engineered for the Audi C7.5 A6-A7 equipped with the 2.0T engine, aiming to maximize performance from the stock turbo. It replaces the OEM downpipe, which features a smaller 2.55" diameter and restrictive, pinched sections that hinder exhaust flow. Constructed from durable American T304 (.065) stainless steel, this 3-inch mandrel-bent system ensures optimal flow and longevity. The flanges are precisely CNC laser-cut for a perfect fitment, and it includes a stainless steel O2 bung. By removing the factory resonator, this downpipe also contributes to a sportier exhaust note. It is proudly manufactured in the USA with USA-sourced materials. For optimal performance gains of +10-15 HP, ECU software is recommended, with APR being a suggested option.
