The ARMYTRIX Valvetrix Exhaust System is engineered for a significant upgrade in both performance and auditory experience for compatible BMW M135i and M235i models from 2012-2015. The system boasts a 3-mode valve system, allowing the driver to seamlessly switch between a stealthy quiet mode and a more aggressive, attention-grabbing sound profile, all controllable via a smartphone app through the ARMYTRIX exclusive OBDII dongle. Key features include a 3-inch main pipe diameter and 2.5-inch tips, contributing to its performance gains of 17.1 HP and 24.8 Nm of torque, while also reducing weight by 1.3 kg. The system incorporates a catalytic converter and OPF fault code clearing mechanism to help mitigate check engine lights. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on process, with a plug-n-play module that reduces installation time. The system is compatible with both Left-Hand Drive and Right-Hand Drive vehicles. It is important to note specific fitment considerations. For the M135i, adjustments to the tailpipe may be necessary depending on the rear bumper style. Additionally, the quad-tips are only compatible with specific brands of diffusers; consultation is recommended before purchase. An ARMYTRIX OBDII Control Module is required for operation.
