3" Offroad Downpipe, T304 Stainless Steel

The Xmp 3" Offroad Downpipe is engineered to significantly enhance your vehicle's performance by improving exhaust gas flow. Constructed entirely from T304 stainless steel, this downpipe features mandrel-bent tubing for smooth, unrestricted airflow. The integrated flex section is built with a 321 stainless steel core and an external spiral wrap, designed to withstand the high heat and dynamic conditions of turbo-charged exhaust systems. All welds are meticulously TIG and Mig welded with proper back-gassing to ensure maximum strength and integrity, preventing leaks and ensuring longevity. The exhaust side flange is designed to mate perfectly with stock or 3" exhaust systems, eliminating protrusions and disruptions that can hinder airflow. Extensive testing over 7,000 miles has demonstrated that this downpipe typically does not trigger a check engine light (CEL), offering a hassle-free performance upgrade. Optional features include a high-flow catalytic converter and turbo ceramic coating for further customization and performance tuning. This downpipe has been proven on high horsepower stock turbo Veloster models. Please note that part production can take 3-4 weeks.
