The system features 3" diameter mandrel-bent tubing and dual 4" polished stainless steel tips, integrating with all Volvo C30 factory bumpers.

The ELEVATE Volvo C30 T5 Performance Exhaust System is engineered in-house to maximize exhaust flow, thereby increasing torque and horsepower throughout the power band. Dyno testing confirms gains of +13hp and +12 lb-ft of torque at the wheels, accompanied by an aggressive yet refined exhaust note under acceleration. This true catalytic converter-back system utilizes a 3" (76mm) diameter, fully mandrel-bent tubing design to achieve significant power increases, representing a 26% increase over the factory system while reducing weight by over 8 lbs. Constructed entirely of T304 stainless steel with thick flanges for durability and leak prevention, this exhaust system features a semi-polished finish on the tubing and a full polish on the resonator, muffler, and dual 4" (102mm) tips. The system includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a bolt-on installation. It is recommended to tack weld the three slip-fit and clamped sections to ensure stability. The adjustable tip design allows integration with factory Version 1.0, Version 2.0, and R-Design rear bumpers across all C30 model years. The system bolts directly to either the factory downpipe or the ELEVATE 3" Downpipe. While designed for optimal performance, users have noted that tack welding the tips is advisable, and some experience a slight drone around 2300-2500 RPM in 6th gear. For maximum performance gains, pairing this exhaust with the ELEVATE 3" Downpipe and a corresponding tune is highly recommended.
